Job Responsibilities:
1. On the post of full-time sales or team management, team management manager should be responsible for the main objectives and plans in corresponding functional area;
2. Develop, participate in or assist top management to implement related sales plans, sales policies and team management systems;
3. Provide sales training and guidance to sales personnel;
4. Take charge of daily management of the department, assessment of direct subordinates and assistance in the formulation of performance improvement plans;
5. Take charge of sales and operation of media resources of the organization, including planning, organization, progress control and review;
6. Assist sales director to set sales target, sales model, sales strategy, sales budget and incentive plan;
7. Establish and manage sales team, and achieve sales target;
Job Qualifications:
1. College degree or above, and priority to marketing and other related majors;
2. At least 3 to 5 years of working experience in sales industry, and priority to working experience in outdoor advertising industry;
3. Familiarity with advertising and marketing operation, rich customer resources and customer relations, and priority to excellent performance;
4. Strong ability of market analysis, marketing and promotion as well as good ability of interpersonal communication, coordination, analysis and problem solving;
5. Strong career ambition and certain leadership.
